Does the hotel offer shuttle or transport services?

Yes, we do offer an airport pickup service.

Can I access the pool decks if I am not a hotel guest?

Guests are welcome to enjoy access to our rooftop venue, subject to a minimum bar spend per person.

Can I use all hotel facilities regardless of which collection I am staying in?

Guests staying at Mar have full access to all hotel facilities. Guests staying at Terra are welcome to enjoy all facilities within Terra, along with selected facilities at Mar. Please note that access to certain Mar venues and experiences may be subject to a cover charge or minimum spend requirement.

What is the difference between O’Two Mar and O’Two Terra?

Mar by O’Two Hotels and Terra O’Two Hotels are two distinct accommodation collections within the O’Two Hotels precinct, each offering a unique guest experience.

Guests staying at Mar enjoy access to all hotel facilities. Guests staying at Terra have access to all Terra facilities, as well as selected facilities at Mar. Please note that access to certain Mar venues and experiences may be subject to a cover charge or minimum spend requirement.

Are there restaurants at the hotel?

Our dining experiences are currently being curated, with Kolonaki and Le Parc set to open later in 2026.

These exciting new restaurant concepts will form part of the O’Two Hotels experience, offering guests a variety of exceptional dining options. More details will be shared closer to launch.

Are the pools heated?

Yes, the pool is heated.

Does the hotel have a backup power supply?

Yes, we have a full generator that powers the entire hotel as normal.

Is there secure parking available?

Yes, although our underground parking is under construction, we do have some bays in front of the hotel, and secure gated parking across the road from us. Our Concierge team will assist you on arrival.

What are the Spa operating hours?

Our Spa operates 10:00 to 18:00

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check out is from 10:00, later check outs can be arranged subject to availability

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

We are not pet friendly

Do you have facilities for business meetings or events?

Yes. We offer a range of bespoke event experiences, including year-end functions, celebrations, private gatherings, and special occasions. Our team can tailor the experience to suit your specific requirements.
