Please be sure to contact us should you wish to cancel your treatment. Remember, even last-minute calls are appreciated. Better late than never.<\/p>

Should a client be late for a booking, the treatment time will be reduced. Please call us if you\u2019re running late<\/p>

Clients who don\u2019t contact us and do not arrive within 15 mins of booking, the booking will be counted as a cancellation. Should the client eventually arrive, the client will be treated as a walk-in and will then be subject to availability.\u200b<\/p>

NB: Clients who are not enjoying a treatment are to advise the therapist within the first 15mins of the treatment. This will allow us to possibly change the type of treatment\/ therapist or simply stop treatment.<\/p>

If a client advises that the treatment was not to their expectation and as a result are unhappy \u2013 BUT continued for the full duration of the treatment, will be liable to pay for their treatment. Discounts may be given at the discretion of the Manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All treatments are done at the client\u2019s own risk. By entering our treatment rooms you are agreeing to the nature of treatments.<\/p>

\u200bIt is each client\u2019s responsibility to make the therapist AND receptionist aware of any preferences\/ injuries\/illnesses and pregnancy.<\/p>

\u200bNB: if you are pregnant, please advise us when booking in order for us to advise whether the treatment will be safe or not.<\/p>

We DO NOT offer treatments to women in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy.\u200b<\/p>

O\u2019Two Hotel Voucher Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) apply to the purchase, issuance, and use of vouchers sold by\u00a0O\u2019Two Hotels<\/b>, a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with its principal place of business at [insert physical address] (\u201cO\u2019Two Hotels\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d).<\/p>

By purchasing or using an O\u2019Two Hotels voucher, you (\u201cyou\u201d or \u201cthe voucher holder\u201d) agree to be bound by the following Terms:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Voucher Validity<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.1. All vouchers are valid for\u00a012 months (1 years)<\/b>\u00a0from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
1.2. Vouchers not used within the validity period will expire and may not be redeemed thereafter, in line with Section 63 of the Consumer Protection Act.
1.3. Expired vouchers will not be refunded, reinstated, or extended, except where required by law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Voucher Types<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.1. Vouchers may be issued as:<\/p>

  • Monetary value vouchers (e.g., R1,000)
    2.2. Vouchers are not refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    3. Redemption and Use<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    3.1. Vouchers may only be redeemed directly through O\u2019Two Hotel by contacting our reservations team.
    3.2. Bookings are subject to availability, blackout dates, and seasonal surcharges where applicable.
    3.3. Vouchers must be presented (physical or digital copy) at check-in or when claiming the relevant service.
    3.4. Voucher use must be mentioned at the time of booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4. Cancellations and Amendments<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    4.1. Standard booking cancellation policies apply to reservations made using a voucher.
    4.2. If a booking made with a voucher is cancelled within the allowable cancellation period, the voucher may be re-used within its original validity period.
    4.3. If a booking is cancelled after the cancellation deadline or is a \u201cno-show,\u201d the voucher will be deemed redeemed and will not be reissued.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    5.1. O\u2019TwoHotels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
    5.2. Replacement of vouchers is at the sole discretion of O\u2019Two Hotels and may require proof of purchase and identity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    6. Restrictions<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    6.1. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
    6.2. Vouchers may not be resold or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission from O\u2019Two Hotels.
    6.3. Only one voucher may be used per booking unless otherwise approved.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    7. Liability<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    7.1. O\u2019Two Hotels will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the incorrect use of a voucher or any inability to redeem it due to unavailability or other factors outside our control.
    7.2. All bookings and services are subject to our general terms of service and privacy policy, which are available on our website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
